You know something has to change. You just don't know where to start.
You've read the books. You've saved the posts. You've told yourself you'd begin on Monday. And you're still standing in the same spot, waiting to feel ready.
I stood there for years. Ready never came. Something else did.
You don't have to have any of it figured out
You don't have to meditate. You don't need a morning routine, a journal, or any of the language. I didn't have any of it when I started. You just have to want your life to feel different, and be willing to do one small thing about it.
- You've been wanting things to change for a while and you don't know where to begin.
- You've read the books and done the work and you're still in the same place.
- You're carrying something that was never yours to carry.
- You're the one everyone leans on, and nobody asks how you're doing.
- You can feel the version of your life that's waiting, and you keep finding reasons not to walk toward it.
- You want someone warm who will still hold you to what you said.
Settle. Name it. Move.
We start in your body, not in your story. A nervous system running on fear cannot make a clear decision, so we don't try to make one until you've come down.
You don't need to know how. I walk you through it.
Then we find the live wire. Not your whole history, the one thing that's actually running the show this week.
I ask direct questions and I will interrupt you sometimes. That's the job.
You leave with one practice and one action. Small enough that you'll actually do it before we talk again.
This is where most people's growth work quietly falls apart, so we don't skip it.
I am not a sounding board, and this is not talk therapy.
I know how good it feels to be heard. I was the woman who wanted someone, anyone, to sit down and listen to all of it. I blamed everyone. I blamed myself. I hated my life and I could not see it ever getting better.
And I know exactly what all that talking did for me. It kept me where I was. Every time I told the story, I put myself back inside it.
So we will honor what happened to you, and then we will spend our time on where you are going. Not because your past doesn't matter. Because you already know it by heart, and living inside it is the thing that's been keeping you still.
If what you want is an hour to be heard, that's a real need and it deserves someone trained for exactly that. What I do is different. I'm here for the part where you feel steadier in your body, clearer in your head, and you actually start to move.

What this is, and what it isn't
Coaching is
- Forward looking. Where you're going, not a deep excavation of your past
- Practical. One practice, one action, every week
- A place to say the true thing out loud and be held to it
- Nervous system work paired with real world decisions
Coaching is not
- Therapy, counseling, or medical care
- Treatment for trauma, addiction, eating disorders, or a mental health crisis
- A replacement for your doctor or your therapist
- Something I will sell you if it isn't right for you
Here are the ones people ask most.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward looking and practical. We work with your nervous system and your next step, not a deep excavation of your past. It is not treatment for trauma, addiction, or a mental health crisis, and it does not replace your doctor or therapist.
I've never done anything like this. Do I need experience?
None. You don't need to meditate, journal, or know any of the language. You just have to want your life to feel different and be willing to do one small thing about it.
What actually happens on the free call?
Twenty minutes on Zoom. You tell me what's going on, I ask a few direct questions, and we both get an honest read on whether working together makes sense. There is no pitch at the end. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so.
How does the voice note support work?
In the Four Week Container you get up to 20 minutes of voice notes a week, Monday through Friday, counting both your messages and my replies. I answer within one business day. Clear edges are how I stay fully present in the minutes we have.
How do I pay?
Card through Square, or PayPal, Wise, or Venmo, whichever is easiest for you. Wise is there for clients paying from outside the US. We'll sort it on the call.
What if I fall behind or life gets crazy?
Life happens. Give me 24 hours notice and we move your session without drama. Your four sessions just need to be used within six weeks, so the container keeps its shape.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
Nobody is. Ready never comes first. You don't have to be ready, you have to be willing, and the free call is small enough to be a first act of willing.
Hola, I'm Sherry
Zenfull Heart came out of my own healing. It started as words you could wear, affirmations I needed to see on my own body before I believed them.
Then I started standing in the street in Mexico with a sign that said Free Hugs, Abrazos Gratis. Strangers cried in my arms. People told me things they hadn't told anyone. That's when I understood what I was actually here to do.
Years ago I was blaming everything and everyone, including myself. I could not see a way out of it. What changed it wasn't someone letting me talk. It was someone caring enough to stop me, and ask me a better question.
I'm direct. I won't tell you what you want to hear, and I won't hand you a worksheet and disappear. My mission is simple: create ripples that remind people they matter.

Pies para que los quiero si tengo alas para volar.Feet, what do I need them for, if I have wings to fly.
Have We Worked Together?
Your words help someone else take the first step. It takes two minutes.
You don't have to be ready. You just have to be willing.
Twenty minutes, free, no pitch at the end.
Already booked? before we talk. It takes about three minutes.
